What this service does

Nationwide digital transport gateway managed by MoRTH and NIC. Citizens can apply online for Learner's Licence with contactless Aadhaar testing, book RTO driving skill test slots, renew expired licences, change addresses, add vehicle classes, and apply for International Driving Permits (IDP).

Who can use it / Eligibility

Learner Licence for Non-Gear 2-Wheeler (up to 50cc): Minimum 16 years with parent consent. Learner/Permanent DL for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) / Motorcycle with Gear: Minimum 18 years. Commercial/Transport Vehicle DL: Minimum 20 years with 1 year prior LMV experience.

Offline Application Process
