Privacy Policy

Our architecture is purposefully designed to prevent the collection of sensitive citizen identity credentials.

1. Zero Identity Data Collection

This portal does NOT request, collect, store, or process:

  • Aadhaar numbers or Virtual IDs (VID)
  • PAN numbers, Voter EPIC numbers, or Passport numbers
  • Bank account numbers, UPI IDs, credit/debit card numbers
  • Authentication OTPs or passwords

2. Local Device Checklist Storage

When you use the interactive document checklist or track your progress through citizen journeys, your checked items are stored solely on your local device (in localStorage). This data is never transmitted to our servers or third parties.

3. Community Inaccuracy Reports

When you submit a discrepancy report using the Report Incorrect Info feature, only the selected issue type and description are saved to help verify and correct public information.

4. No Commercial Tracking

We do not sell user data, run behavioral ad trackers, or profile citizens for commercial advertising.
