How it works (Step-by-Step)

    Visit vahan.parivahan.gov.in/vahanservice/vahan and enter your Vehicle Registration Number.

    Select the required service: 'Transfer of Ownership', 'Change of Address', or 'Duplicate RC'.

    Authenticate via Mobile OTP linked with the vehicle RC / Aadhaar.

    Fill in updated owner/address details, upload Form 29/30, insurance, and PUC.

    Pay government fee online and book RTO physical verification / inspection appointment if required.
