How it works (Step-by-Step)
- 1Visit the official Soil Health Card portal at soilhealth.dac.gov.in.
- 2Click on 'Farmer Corner' -> 'Track Your Sample' or 'Print Your Soil Health Card'.
- 3Select State, District, Sub-District, Block, and Village.
- 4Enter Farmer Name or Grid / Sample Reference Number.
- 5View real-time soil nutrient ratings (NPK, Organic Carbon, Micronutrients) and print official Soil Health Card with tailored fertilizer advisories.
Farmers can contact the local Gram Panchayat Krishi Mitra or District Soil Testing Laboratory to submit farm soil samples.
