How it works (Step-by-Step)
- 1Visit edaakhil.nic.in and register as 'Consumer / Litigant in Person'.
- 2Select Commission (District, State, or National) based on claim value and territorial jurisdiction.
- 3Fill in opposite party details, product details, and value of compensation claimed.
- 4Upload complaint petition, invoices, and evidence documents in PDF.
- 5Pay court fee online (if applicable) and submit to receive instant Complaint Reference Number.
Submit 3 copies of petition physically at District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
