How it works (Step-by-Step)
- 1Visit efiling.ecourts.gov.in and select State and Court Complex.
- 2Register using Bar Council enrollment number and mobile OTP.
- 3Fill in case type, petitioner/respondent details, and relief claimed.
- 4Upload digitally signed petition (PDF/A), Vakalatnama, and Annexures.
- 5Pay e-Court fee online and submit to receive instant e-Filing acknowledgement number.
Physical filing counters remain available at court complex filing sections.
