How it works (Step-by-Step)
- 1Visit crsorgi.gov.in and create a public user account.
- 2Select 'Birth Registration' or 'Death Registration'.
- 3Fill in event date, place of occurrence (hospital or home), child's name, parent details, and address.
- 4Upload hospital discharge slip and Aadhaar proofs.
- 5Submit online application to local Registrar (Gram Panchayat Secretary or Municipal Health Officer) and download QR-code verified certificate upon approval.
Submit Form 1 (Birth) or Form 2 (Death) at local Municipal Ward Office or Gram Panchayat Office.
