How it works (Step-by-Step)
- 1Access pgportal.gov.in and login or register with your mobile number/Aadhaar.
- 2Click on 'Lodge Public Grievance' and accept the grievance terms.
- 3Select the concerned Central Ministry/Department or State Government from the dropdown.
- 4Write your grievance clearly (up to 2000 characters) and upload supporting PDFs.
- 5Submit the grievance to receive a unique Registration Number (e.g. DARPG/E/2026/00001) for SMS/email tracking.
