National digital health identification under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) operated by the National Health Authority. ABHA provides citizens with a unique 14-digit digital health ID to securely store, access, and share medical records, lab reports, and prescriptions with verified healthcare providers across India.

How it works (Step-by-Step)

Citizens can create an ABHA card in person at any empanelled Government Hospital, Primary Health Centre (PHC), Community Health Centre (CHC), or nearest Common Service Centre (CSC).
