Karnataka Bhoomi (Land Records & RTC / Pahani)

Bhoomi is the flagship computerized land records management system of the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka. It allows landowners, farmers, and citizens to view and download digitally signed Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops (RTC / Pahani), check Mutation register status, view survey maps (Revenue Sketch / Tippani), and verify land ownership online.

   Visit the official Karnataka Bhoomi portal at https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/service2/

   Select 'View RTC and MR' or 'Download Digitally Signed RTC'.

   Choose your District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, and Survey Number from the dropdown menus.

   Select the Surnoc, Hissa Number, and Period / Year.

   Click 'Fetch Details' and view the landowner names, extent, soil type, and crop details.

   To download a legally valid certified copy, proceed to online payment of ₹15 via UPI/Cards.
